Hilsa in Humla marks the end of the upper route of the Great Himalaya Trail in Nepal. Many people pass this border post every year on their way to mount Kailash.

If you do intend to cross over, do make sure you have a permit to do so. This Sadhu pictured below was hoping to make a pilgimage to Kailash, but was stopped at the border by officialdom for lack of adequate paperwork.
